AEROREPAIR CORP. ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF PAUL E. SEVERIN AS EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT FOR NORTH AMERICA

MR. SEVERIN’S EXPERIENCE AND INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE WILL ACCELERATE GROWTH AND THE GEOGRAPHIC REACH OF AEROREPAIR CORP. 

Londonderry, New Hampshire September 7, 2016: Aero 3, Inc. together with its wholly-owned subsidiaries, AeroRepair Corp., AeroRepair South LLC, and AeroRepair Canada, Inc. (collectively “AeroRepair” or the “Company”), announced today that Paul E. Severin has joined the Company effective immediately as Executive Vice President for North America.  Mr. Severin’s responsibilities will be multifaceted, including assisting in Operations, Business Development and Strategic Planning.  Mr. Severin will be based out of the Company’s Atlanta facility.

 

Mr. Severin has spent his career in the aviation wheel, brake and components business throughout the global marketplace.  Over the past 35 plus years, Mr. Severin’s career included tenures at Goodrich Aerospace, Honeywell Aircraft Landing Systems, Messier-Bugatti-Dowty and the Avianor Inc. Wheel and Brake Division, now a part of AeroRepair Canada.  Commenting on Mr. Severin’s joining the Company, Daniel M. Bell, CEO of Aero 3, stated, “We couldn’t be more pleased to welcome Mr. Severin to the AeroRepair Team.  His thorough knowledge of aircraft components, extensive network and strong reputation in the industry will further solidify our position as the leading provider of wheel and brake repair and overhaul services throughout North America.”

Aero 3, is a holding company for various Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”), Transport Canada and European Aviation Safety Agency (“EASA”) certified aircraft repair stations with six locations throughout North America, including Manchester, NH; Atlanta, GA; Indianapolis, IN; Phoenix, AZ; Montreal, Quebec and Calgary, Alberta.  The Company specializes in the repair and overhaul of aircraft brakes, wheel assemblies and landing gear along with accessory components such as batteries, starter generators, oxygen canisters, fire extinguishers and related components for the regional, mainline and corporate aircraft markets.
